CERTIFIED WORK
Any new work carried out will receive a certificate which confirms the work has been done in accordance with National Safety Standard BS 7671 18th Edition (IET Wiring Regulations). For electrical work that must comply with Part P of the Building Regulations, a building notification certificate will be sent to the householder within 30 days of the work being completed.
QUALIFIED
Having spent the last 25 years working in the lettings industry in Prime Central London we are very aware of Landlord’s responsibilities and the duty of care they have to their tenants.
